Long table dinner with lecture

We invite you to a special event at Mangholm! Join us for a long table dinner and lecture by Tine Hage, our passionate farmer and founder of Mangholm's operation and Restaurant.
This experience gives an insight into the beautiful interaction between nature, food production and the life of the animals in the fields, and we celebrate the taste and food from the farm with communal dining at long tables. Come with family, old or new friends.

What can you experience?

We start the evening around a cozy bonfire in the courtyard (weather permitting) where you can warm yourself with a delicious hot soup while we talk about the principles of regenerative agriculture. We continue inside the heat and hear about our animals, about the importance of their role and why we must preserve livestock in agriculture. Afterwards, we gather at long tables to share a dinner, prepared from seasonal produce, grown here on the farm.
