At you can pay with:

  • Payment cards, including VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. It is not possible to pay with "pure" Dankort.
  • MobilePay Online by Danske Bank

When you pay with a payment card at, you enter your card details in a payment window provided by ePay/Bambora. ePay/Bambora ensures that your card information is encrypted so that neither Mangholm nor any other third party is in possession of it at any time.

The money is deducted from the card at the earliest when ordering or when paying a deposit. Please note that it may take several days before we withdraw the amount.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you buy from us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

  1. takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and which are picked up individually
  2. gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement to pick up an item consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

NB: The right of withdrawal does not, however, cover food, beverages or other goods which are assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly (see Consumer Contracts Act §7, subsection 2).

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.


If you wish to return one or more of your items, please contact us in advance (see contact information at the top or on the page Contact) where further details will be agreed. Please have order confirmation or something similar. proof of purchase available.

Right of complaint

When shopping at Mangholm, there is of course also a 24-month right of complaint, which may, however, be limited by shelf life. If it happens that a product is faulty, or otherwise does not meet the customer's expectations, we ask for immediate contact with Mangholm, so that, depending on the specific situation, a possible exchange, money back or price reduction can be agreed.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please use the contact form. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board –, if the conditions for this are met.
