In this course, you will prepare dishes from the produce of our farm together with our Head chef Philipp.
This approach celebrates local agriculture and seasonal ingredients, highlighting the deep connection between the land and our plates. We like you to join a culinary culture that values freshness, sustainability, and community.
Note! The course is held in English.
What will you learn?
During the course, Philipp will share insights and recipes from our kitchen. Together, we will fillet a whole fish, cut meat from the bone and create beautiful flavors out of our high quality vegetables. For the Dessert we will make house made ice-cream.
