We serve seasonal meals with a focus on beautiful and tasty food, based on the best ingredients; meat, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers – all grown organically on Mangholm.

We offer different meeting packages, depending on how many people you are. Here you can stay indoors or out in nature, where you can combine the meeting day with fun outdoor activities.

Stay in our luxury cabins
Do you dream of relaxing in nature after a wonderful farm-to-table meal?
At Mangholm we offer luxury stays in simple and cozy cabins, surrounded by forest and nature.
Here you can wake up well rested, surrounded only by the hum of nature and the chirping of birds. Slowly enjoy the breakfast basket, with warm buns and homemade jam, coffee and freshly squeezed applesauce, which was discreetly placed outside your door.
In the shelter of the trees you will find the small two-person cabin Skovhytten. Created from wood and one side made from glass, it is inevitable not to fall into one with nature.
The garden house is our large wooden cabin, which with its two rooms and kitchen/living room can house up to 4-6 people.
Agriculture
Mangholm is a versatile, organic farm that is run sensitively on nature's premises. The farm has been run organically for 25 years and we work with regenerative and biodynamic methods.
The farm animals are the old breeds worthy of preservation, which are perfectly suited to a farm like ours. The farm is self-sufficient in fertilizer for the vegetables and feed for the animals and the 48 ha fields are grass fields and natural areas.
Mangholm's 3,000 square meter vegetable garden supplies our farm restaurant with fruit, vegetables, berries and herbs. Here, there is a great focus on soil health, microorganisms, carbon sequestration and natural processes. We don't plow the fields and we don't dig in the vegetable garden.
The farm's livestock are the old land breeds worthy of preservation. Old Red Danish Dairy Cattle, Ertebøllefår and Danish Country Chickens live dignified and stress-free in the fields.
The animals live outside all year round and the cows and sheep are fed exclusively with grass and hay from the fields. The chickens have a huge area to romp around in, they feed on small animals they find in the ground, leftovers from the vegetable garden and grains that were grown here on the farm before we switched to no-plough methods.
The animals supply meat and eggs to our restaurant, which is housed in the old, newly restored cow barn.
