Mulled wine as we know it, with apple slices, raspberry jam and vanilla sugar

Fish fillet with herb salad and remoulade with pickled squash from the farm

The Christmas table is inspired by the classic Danish Christmas lunch, and the menu will therefore contain gluten, lactose, nuts, fish and duck.

Greens are as far as possible from the farm and otherwise we choose the best, local, Danish ingredients.

Other dishes, such as different herring, gravad salmon or green dishes, can be added to the menu if desired.

The wine menu is based on biodynamic wines from Austria, which we have put together in collaboration with Österreich vin in Copenhagen.
