Opening of Mangholm
Opening of the café & farm shop at Mangholm this weekend – 21 and 22 August
We have been looking forward to opening the doors for a very long time and, together with you, let the light flow through the large old cowshed, which now contains both a farm shop, café, party room and production kitchen.
On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd August from 11am to 3pm both days, we will serve brunch, wonderful cakes and delicious food in the cafe, where coffee, juice and draft beer will also fill glasses and cups. The farm shop will be full of all the wonderful products that we produce ourselves here on the farm. And there will be tours for both children and adults and we have arranged beautiful music - with Alice.
On Saturday evening, August 21 - we will have a blast opening party - with a communal dinner and concerts. The dinner is seasonal and with a focus on beautiful and tasty food. We use our own vegetables, herbs and edible flowers - all organic and of the highest quality, as well as lamb from Højbogård. There will be a concert with Claus Dencher and the Stine Liebman Trio, who will play both while we eat and after, where there will be free time to dance and enjoy the beautiful late summer evening.

At 11.00: "Visit the animals and feeding" - Tour mostly for children, with our zookeepers at Mangholm.
At 12.00: Concert with Alice.
At 13.00: "Mangholm a regenerative agriculture" - Tour with Tine - owner and farmer at Mangholm.
At 14.00: "Visit the animals and feeding" - Tour mostly for children, with our zookeepers at Mangholm.

Community dining and music Saturday 21.8.21 at 17-23 (buy a ticket in our webshop):
At 17.15: Welcome, opening speech and summer drink with berries from the garden.
At 17.30: "Mangholm a regenerative agriculture" - Tour with Tine - owner and farmer at Mangholm.
At 18.15-20.00: Communal dining; a 3-course dinner based on vegetables, herbs and raw materials - grown organically on Mangholm and on nature's terms. Drinks can be purchased in the bar.
At 18.30-20.30 (with a break): Concert with Claus Dencher.
At 21.00-23.00 (with a break): Concert with the Stine Liebman Trio.
* We sell local beer, wine, drinks and soft drinks in the bar, which is open all evening.
