Organic Christmas duck from Bangs
Mangholm is again offering – true to tradition – the tasty, organic ducks for Christmas – of the Danish Landduck breed from Bangs.
Each duck weighs approx. 3.5 kg, i.e. enough for 5-6 adults, and if there are fewer of you, there will be some for Christmas after that. A bag with offal is included. The ducks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the oven, the flavor is emphasized best with slow roasting at low heat for, for example, 4 hours, then the meat is juicy and tender and almost melts on the tongue.
Price
DKK 195 / kg incl. VAT When ordering, a deposit of DKK 300 per duck, which is deducted from the final price on collection.
Example: If the other weighs 3.0 kg. it thus costs a total of DKK 585. Upon collection, DKK 300 is deducted due to the deposit, which is why a balance of DKK 285 is paid.
Delivery
The ducks are delivered on Saturday. 21 Dec and Sun. on 22 Dec, both days incl. 13.00 – 15.00.

NB: The land duck was raised at Bangs and is frozen on delivery
